Today, let me introduce you Flashify, a new app from XDA senior member cgollner which allows you to do a great bunch of operations in your Android device with ease. The app works only with rooted devices and flashes almost everything including boot and recovery images, .zip files and even performs backups.

If you are planning to flash .img files, forget the need for a custom recovery since Flashify does it without a custom recovery. But you’ll need it while working with .zip files. If you have TWRP  installed, Flashify offers you more options like clearing cache and data. Flashify also offers a recent flash list which allows you to easily access the recently flashed files. Plus, it enables the users to take a backup of your current recovery and kernel.

Flashify Android App

So far the app has been successfully tested on Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10. But Flashify is expected to support almost every rooted device and have been getting positive responses from users so far.

Flashify is available for free in the Google Play Store, but will have a limit of three flashes a day (Normal users won’t have a problem with that). You can have unlimited access to the app by purchasing it for a small amount of $1.99.

If you have any more queries head over to the original thread started by the developer himself at XDA.
