Finally, the CyanogenMod Team has rolled out CyanogenMod 10.2.0 final builds marking the end of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean ROMs from the team. CM 10.2 stable builds for various devices are making their way to the official downloads page now.

Android owners who received the CM 10.2 RC1 support can get the final CM 10.2. You need not worry if your device is not included in the support list, more devices are being added.

How to install CyanogenMod

Note: Users updating from CM 10.1 or earlier may see that your phone apps are not installed correctly. In such cases, simply remove the shortcut and re add it from your application drawer.

The users can still expect hot-fixes and security patches on the builds from the folks at CM. The CyanogenMod Team also mentions the change in release tagging process. For those of you who like to build for releases for yourself, keep in mind that all but the device repositories themselves are being built off of a new ‘stable/cm-10.2’ branch in the CM source.
